- Please provide our Owner Services Department a copy of the recorded deed. Our fax number is 501-884-6661 and our mailing address is P.O. Box 1370, Fairfield Bay AR 72088. Our records will be changed accordingly, upon receipt of the recorded deed. If already sent a copy of the recorded deed, please download the regular membership form and fax or mail to our office.
